Hipster

I didn’t do a post for the hips last week, so I apologize for that. The week we tried out the insoles on a walk around Peak District. And while I did walk a lot straighter which surely has to help in the end doesn’t it?? I was crippled by the end, and it took days to recover.

Let me tell you, a hot water bottle in these temperatures isn’t the easiest, nor with menopausal or steroidal facial flushes!! Lava anyone??

Since the bombshell of finding out I have not one but two curves in my spine, I’ve been researching what I can do to help myself. And ensuring my yoga isn’t making it worse. They say walking is really good for it, but it sure doesn’t feel like it.

Let’s hope some of these stretches over time can help with the 24/7 grueling back pain.

Those stretches are all helpful to me and are part of my routine. I find #1 especially relaxing. I hope they give you some relief. It’s no fun to have to pay for going for a walk with pain afterwards! 😒

That’s good to hear. Sadly the length of walks are getting smaller as pain increases 😞
