I really need to start working on strength, I have dexterity, well enough dexterity to continue making my book nook, and boy that’s getting fiddly. Find some of the latest videos here Part 13 Part 14 Part 15 Part 16 Part 17 Part 18 Part 19 Part 20 Part 21 Part 22 Part 23 Part 24 Part 25 Part 26 who knew I’d ever be able to move my hands like this, especially after 2 fusions.
With being able to open the hand more, I’ve been using the orange and blue resistant bands and eggs.

Blue band video here still incredibly hard for blue.
Orange band video here I find this one easier. So I will keep using this one to gain more strength before doing blue again.

I feel like the Right hand is still puffy and swollen in places, as well as the forearm. I wonder if the Thumb being done has caused the Tennis Elbow? I’ve tried rest, elevation, compression and strap, still hurts to lift a pillow solely in the elbow area. Unsure what to do next? Maybe start going on all fours on the floor, to build up wrist and forearm strength?
Is this progress in bending the tip of the thumb, do you think Video here can’t believe how stiff and painful this actually is. Probably my hardest thumb exercise.
