Hipster

We’ve rested and relaxed since Center Parcs, its no lie it took well over a week to recover. I have arranged micats for my back in late October.

This will be the first time they are addressing the back instead of the hips. Nervous to how they can help, but also feeling pretty desperate too.

Using my walking stick in my right hand to be opposite the newest hip replacement, may well actually be the biggest issue. I’m starting to think i need to use the stick in the opposite hand, as its the older hip that is giving the most pain and weakness. This would stop the lurching, lumbering walk perhaps?

I might look into getting one of these? Perhaps ask Micats first. As I have noticed i do better back wise when I’m walking in nature using a walking pole, it stops the bent back and taking pressure off my hand too.
