It’s Micats day, time to assess if there is any improvement in the movement, stamina, and pain.

I haven’t been feeling well recently, but I honestly thought it was life stress and anxiety getting to me, but it was actually a dental infection low lying around for nearly a month. I’ve got antibiotics now, but it’s scary having an infection go unchecked when you have so much metal in your bodies.

So I’ve not been as good on physio as I had wanted to be, but I do think I’ve made some improvements. And it’s got me back into a routine of trying to isolate muscles.

Using the red band during hip bridges help me keep the knees from falling outwards.

The lean on the side leg raises is really hard to get used too, but it’s working. Red band for Right leg, Green band for Leg leg.

These are surprisingly harder than I imagined, really feel it afterwards, Red band both legs.
Doing 10 reps X 3 times every other day (or bigger gaps when I’ve been poorly)
To make the Hip Bridges harder, we’ve decided they next stage is moving feet further away from buttocks. And maybe Single hip bridges lifting left leg. For now the left leg is too weak for me to straighten the right leg.
