It’s a new year, and it’s #Micats already. Time to get back to sorting this hip and back issues after my blip in December.
My hip popped out a few weeks ago, and although it popped back in immediately it wrecked all the soft tissue around the joint. Hoping this period of rest and actively using a crutch to protect had been enough to sort it out. And I can now ask physiotherapist for advice, and maybe take the exercise down a level for a bit?

Consensus is to ring consultant to see if he wants to xray. Though it’s improved the soft tissue areas are tender. She wriggled and jiggled hip and it soon got sore again, so it’s still tender, inflamed and weak.
All exercise removed for now, with a tentative return to hip bridges, and maybe quad isolation with no resistance bands.
If I get the go ahead I can do clams but 1/4 class, which is engage the muscles but barely lift.

So mission now is make appointment with consultant. I rung up as soon as I got home, appointment made for 28th January.
