A favourite haunt of ours, we opted to do the walk the opposite way round, to reduce the ascent and difficulty, as i need an easy route, to gently get hip moving again.
Following my partial dislocation in December, the leg/hip has been resting, but now it’s time to build up stamina again.

It’s super foggy, cold and grey. But somehow the air feels fresh, energizing and eerie. We barely see a soul all day, just us and the spirits of the Land.

We have some sandwiches and much needed coffee to warm up our bones. Fog lifted as we were leaving. It may have been cold and foggy, but we had a lovely day out.
Painwise obviously it could of been better, I used thc/cbd oil to help manage my lower back. Hip felt tender and achy, so 2 tramadol over the day helped a bit. Then once home some heat from a hot water bottle.
Will need a few days to actually recover from this walk, but mentally I feel so much better for going.
