Had a terrible cough, weasy chest and sore throat this last week. And while I’ve been gargling salty water for my throat, I’ve also been having Mullein and Broadleaf Plantain tea.

I bought tea grade (important) loose herbs of Mullein, but the Broadleaf Plantain we grow ourselves and dehydrated.

I saw on Star Child Glastonbury shop that Wild Cherry Bark and Coltsfoot were excellent herbs to add to Mullein. And after one extremely terrible night of non stop coughing, I ordered some online find Here for Coltsfoot and Here for Wild Cherry Bark

Hi! I love your blog, it is always so interesting and informative for those who made herbs an important part of daily life! I have a question: is mullein better to take when mixed with chlorophyl? Because this is not the first time I see them mixed in one supplement. And the mullein leaf drops that I take daily do not have chlorophyl. The color is different, but I actually like them more and haven’t noticed much difference, they are really helpful.

I’ve just always had my mullein as a tea, I’m sure the drops are fine as they are. I find tea works for me as I make quite a lot, or turn them into drops should I wish using vodka.
