To keep anxious and stressful thoughts at bay, we like to get outside and soak up nature. It soothes the soul, eases worries, and uplifts the moods.

Old trees, soft underfoot with leaves and pine needles.

Sit by the river and wash away our problems.

When all feels lost and lonely, the birdsong and gentle leaves blowing in the wind, helps restore the balance.
