I swear these weeks are going to fast, it’s week 5 of Spine Gym ( though technically my 4th visit as 1 session was missed for a ecg fitting) I only have 1 session left 😭 after this.
So far I’ve hurt far more than ever, but I’m really hoping it’s for the greater good. And I think I’m going to try insoles again… maybe.

First off its Bird/Dog I call them superman though. Doing 16reps in 60 seconds, 30 second break then 16 reps in 60 seconds.

Jefferson Curl is next and it’s now 14kg + 1kg Bar. 16 reps in 60 seconds, break for 30 back again for 16reps in 60 Started at 8kg then did 10kg now 14kg. We also added my insoles in at this point. Made a huge difference too.


Then its Shoulder Rotations with a green resistance band. 16reps in 60 seconds, break them again 16 reps

Now onto Hip Bridges weird with insoles in, as i can finally see my knees are even. Makes a difference hoping it helps overall. 16 reps X 2

Another nice easy exercise knee rollovers where you tilt over lying down, taking knees side to side. 16 reps X 2

My final exercise is Suitcase Walk with Kettle Bell 10kg this time, 8kg last time. Walked up and down room 6 times in 60 seconds, break, swap hands, 6 times up and down room in 60 seconds. I can feel I’m less waddley already. Insoles helped too.

My last session next week, not sure what happens then. Luckily I know I can replicate them at home, which I will be doing if it ends completely. But who knows they may sign me up for more.
I do feel like I’m gaining from going, and I really enjoy it too, even if it does take days to recover from.
