Hipster

Hippie girl, going through recovery, and life. Follow my journey of Spiritual growth and health.

Before we had the official go ahead on the bungalow, between packing and organising, we fancied a day off the stress and anxiety, and headed out for fresh air.

I needed to test out the hip to confirm it is trochanteric bursitis, wear the insoles, and get some physio movements in.

It was just what the Doctor ordered, some walking for the heart, and skeleton, while focusing on walking correctly for my back too.

Through the cold dark damp Luds church for a fairytale feeling, before ending up near sunset time watching the sun go down over the moors. Pure heaven!!

And after all that, my mind is happy, body isn’t. Garmin watch telling me I need 37hours to recover. Which I knew it would, it often takes nearly a week to recover from walking.
