We popped out for some fresh air, to get away from houses as thats all we’ve done in months, and it was a good test of the ankle too.
Only local, but to catch the autumnal leaves before they have all gone.

We even found a babbling brook as you know I LOVE water, rivers, streams, waterfalls I love them all.

Gorgeous muddy paths, leaves crunching underfoot and tree tunnels are all here.

Ankle held up rather well, first walk without the hard splint, and it only twanged a few times, its feeling like its a tendon thats snapping, so back to a brace but a softer onw, to see if that helps.
