Its been over a week of the new physio exercises and they are going ok. I did them Thursday and Friday but took Saturday off as a rest day. Resumed Sunday and Monday with Tuesday off, and so on. This seems to be helping having a day off every 2 days.

The quad stretch I find extremely hard so I’m only doing 3 to 5 reps of it. Due to swelling mostly.

As you can see its pretty big its over 2inches bigger than my other knee.

The more I research about the knee the more I think it may be patellofemoral pain syndrome. Probably due to vad tracking due to leg length and the ankle I sprained in October.  Its annoying that it feels I am doing all the research and trying to find our things while I wait for my xray results. A bit more guidance would have been lovely.

For now we keep doing exercises and hope for some improvement.
