Ok ok ok its time to admit the knee is getting to me. Along with my back pain. While Glastonbury was an amazing getaway. It was marred by the pain and limited mobility.

The whole right leg feels bigger and tender and swollen. Which is taking a lot of tramadol to be bearable. What else can I do besides wait for xray results (been around 3 weeks waiting so far but they said expect 4 to 7 weeks) and keep trying with my exercises.

I am particularly hating the Quad stretch which is impossible on the left standing up. So I’m opting for lying down to complete them. And the right leg feels so painful and tight. But I do them. So far I can only do 5 to 10 reps and thats it for the day.

I’ve been finding ways to do them in an adaptive way to suit me. Luckily there is a few variations which is good. Always worth looking for adaptive ways if you feel the standard way isn’t for you. Don’t push yourself and cause added injuries.

I can’t say I like this move especially turning foot outwards on the right leg, as this pulls the damaged knee. But we persevere and hope it helps.
