Now I know walking isn’t technically ruining my knee, its time to get some gentle strolls to build up stamina and strength.


Headed out to our local woodland to see the bluebells and see what it looks like in Spring. As we’ve only seen it in autumn and winter.

Nice to see the trails drier. Though we still came across some mud. Lots of friendly faces both human and animal on this nice weathered walk.


Always lovely to find a running waterfall and listen to the sounds.



Some of the walks benches have been removed which was sad, as a few times I would have greatly appreciated a proper sit down and rest my joints. Instead we had to find leaning areas and rest just by standing.
The inner foot and patellofemoral pain was ever present, but also was a cramp esque feeling in the thigh. Perhaps tight hamstring? so once home I had to get the foam roller out to ease them over the areas.
