I’ve never been to Trentham Gardens before but I badly wanted to go, as community day gives you access for cheap we snapped up the opportunity.

Perseus, a legendary Greek demigod son of Zeus and Danaë, famously beheaded the Gorgon Medusa to protect his mother from the tyrant King Polydectes. Aided by Athena and Hermes with divine gifts, Perseus used a reflective shield to avoid Medusa’s petrifying gaze and decapitated her, using her head later to save Andromeda

What an incredible place to visit, I absolutely loved the fairies so much. We were also treated to the Kpop Demon Hunters Huntrix and their ever so catchy songs to bop along too.

And the incredible Uttoxeter Morris Dancers as well, which I really enjoyed (even though they are traditional morris and not border morris)
