What a week!! Its been so hard to stay on track with physio, as I’ve been hit with some stomach bug. And its left me feeling weak and drained as well as horrendous stomach cramps. Because I haven’t been walking or exercising as much the swelling and pain in the knee has gone down. Now is that because I’ve literally been in bed a week? Probably, so while I can say its improved I need to add that caveat. As I fear the minute I try to get back on walking pad it will return.

So I’ve opted to do alternative days or did 2 days then a day off. Literally only getting them done when I’ve had a small amount of energy for them.

This last Friday I’ve had bloods taken. And I saw the Doctor about my illness the same day. Then this last Tuesday I’ve had a follow up Physiotherapy appointment and we’ve decided this.

Apparently I have to continue the same exercises for another 10 weeks and I’ll be fixed then. Oh ok. Felt like I could have been given more exercises or listened too when I explained the tendon snaps when I front load the knee. But I will trust the process and see if they do help it, and now I’m feeling better I can start trying to walk again too.
