Although I’m not gluten free at the moment, I am now constantly checking labels of foods we usually buy, and also finding new alternatives.

So far I’ve found Tesco and Asda quite good, although Aldi as a few accidentally gluten free which means a decent price. As special gluten free is pricey!!

What a happy accident my daughter had this and its dairy and gluten free.
I had this as a birthday cake as its dairy free. But happens to be gluten free too.
These are immensely tasty

I seem to have found lots of sweet treats which is amazing. But freezer foods not so much, so maybe its going to have to be roast chicken and potatoes and veg kind of meals at tea time. And eating out will definitely take more planning, but I’m starting to feel more comfortable with the idea and less overwhelmed.

I’ve also applied for a gluten free hamper to sample certain things Glutafin click and see if you are in a location where they do it. And its arrived already.
