It’s nearly time to go camping, and getting out there again finding waterfalls, so I need to build up a bit more stamina. Roll on sunny dry weather to make getting out more possible. Since we’ve not been walking I’m getting weak hip wise.

Back on the mat, feeling quite weak in my Warriors, but I can build up again, especially now the cast and stockings are gone this week. Still doing hands free yoga for now.






Try and build up these glutes and quads, and the dreaded hip flexor. Really looking forward to getting my boots on, and grabbing some views.
